The grapes from this Shiraz were harvested from Bimbadgen’s Palmers Lane vineyard. The clay over limestone soil produces a wine with lifted aromas of red currants combined with subtle spice from aging in oak. The palate is typically Hunter Valley, medium bodied, with bright red fruits. The fine tannin structure and depth of fruit makes this Shiraz very approachable and one to savour.
This Sangiovese is sourced from the cool climate of the Hilltops region in New South Wales. Expect bright floral cherry aromas, cranberry and raspberry flavours balanced with soft supple tannins and long finish. A light style of red, perfect for summer drinking.
