Tu es belle “you are beautiful” in French This gorgeous aromatic Moscato was the result of a fun idea during harvest. A small parcel of fruit was put aside to fortify resulting in this limited release wine perfect for cocktails or simply over ice.

  The fruit was soaked on skins for a short period of time to extract aromatics and colour followed by juicing. The juice was then fortified with neutral grape spirit. Unfiltered and unfined.
