The 2021 growing season was challenging although produced some outstanding wines. This Chardonnay was a lot of fun to watch evolve. From harvest through to fermentation and maturation with regular lees stirring, to build character balancing fruit and freshness. This 2021 Grower’s Chardonnay has appeal for all to enjoy.

Fruit was crushed, and juice settled before transferring into oak puncheons and barriques. Fermentation on lees to add texture and depth. Lees stirring monthly.
