The 2022 growing season was a milder year producing some outstanding wines. This Chardonnay was a lot of fun to watch evolve. From harvest through to fermentation and maturation with regular lees stirring, to build character balancing fruit and freshness. This 2022 Grower’s Chardonnay has appeal for all to enjoy.

Fruit was crushed, and juice settled before transferring into oak barriques. Fermentation on lees to add texture and depth. Lees stirring monthly.
