      A cooler year producing elegant and perfumed fruit. This medium bodied 2022 Hunter Valley Shiraz is showing classic varietal characters of the rich fruit forward Shiraz with silky structure. A wine made to be enjoyed now and will benefit short to medium cellaring.

    • Tasting Notes

      Cold soak for two days followed by a ten day ferment. The cap was plunged twice daily to ensure maximum colour and favour extraction

      Red and blue fruits with subtle spice
