      The 2024 growing season began early and quite dry compared to previous years, as the vines flowered and produced fruit some well-timed rainfall encouraged perfect balance and exceptional fruit quality. Murray Darling as a region in 2024 produced outstanding varietal whites in particular because of these conditions. This Pinot Gris expresses its typical floral character with a great richness.

      Crushed, destemmed, and settled in stainless steel. Fermented with a neutral yeast strain at 15⁰C to maintain delicate aromas and freshness.
