2023/2024 was a dryer growing season with the fruit showing fantastic concentration and purity resulting in an earlier pick than usual. Almost coming off with some of our white varieties. Once off the vine, a slight soak on skins in the press for colour and aromatic extraction. Followed by a cool, controlled ferment. The resulting wine is vibrant and concentrated with elegance. A must have in the cellar for the warmer months.
- Tasting Notes
Crushed, soaked on skins until optimal colour was reached, pressed & treated thereafter like a white wine. Temperature controlled ferment to preserve delicate aromatics

Light Fluorescent Pink
- Bouquet
Lifted red fruits, strawberries & cream
- Palate
Fresh and lively acidity, balanced with bright red fruits and a salivating crunch
