      2023 in the Hunter was outstanding for the white varietals and none show better this better than our limited release Pinot Gris. This intimate small batch of wine has been hand crafted to express the floral but edgy nature of Pinot Gris, offering fresh fruit with a serious textural crunch making this a go to in the cellar.

    • Tasting Notes

      Crushed, destemmed and settled in stainless steel. Fermented with a natural yeast strain at 15 degrees Celsius to maintain delicate aromas and freshness. Allowed to sit on fine lees for a period in stainless steel to develop texture and richness before being hand bottled.
