      2023 was an outstanding year for this dazzling, bright, fruit driven, silky Sangiovese. This wine is looking red and hot, and no doubt will be every bit fitting for this new limited release label! Enjoy!

    • Tasting Notes

      Cold soak for two days followed by a ten day ferment. The cap was plunged twice daily to ensure maximum colour and favour extraction. Matured in older French Oak to compliment the delicate fruit weight.
