- Vintage Notes
2021 saw the end to a four year hot and dry spell here in the Hunter. This milder year brought higher yields and a longer ripening period allowing the fruit to develop beautifully.
- Tasting Notes
Fruit crushed into stainless steel fermenter and inoculated with a neutral yeast strain. Regular pump overs for colour and tannin extraction throughout fermentation before being pressed into French oak barriques
