  There is much excitement around the release of this 2022 Single Vineyard McDonalds Road Tempranillo, this Mediterranean parcel of fruit grown on block 1 of our McDonalds Road Vineyard may be small however its filled with character and produces some outstanding wines. This elegant wine is no exception, dancing in the glass full of personality, exuding bright red fruits tangled with spice and alluring floral notes, finishing with silky tannins framed by subtle oak. This medium bodied wine is drinking beautifully and will pair well with a variety of cured meats and cheeses along with any Mediterranean or Italian dishes.

• Tasting Notes

  Cold soak for two days followed by a ten day ferment. The cap was plunged twice daily aiming for an elegant colour and flavour extraction
